Jordan joins the Titan Commercial team in 2025 as Executive Assistant, bringing over six years of leadership, training, and operations experience from her time in the hospitality industry. Known for her organization, dependability, and people-first mindset, she thrives in roles that allow her to support others and keep operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Before joining Titan, she served as Manager and Head of Training, where she led employee onboarding and development, built efficient communication systems, and supported daily operations through process improvement and administrative coordination. Her time in this role revealed a deep appreciation for building structure, providing resources, and fostering a positive, well-equipped team environment.

A graduate of the University of Houston with a B.S. in Computer Science, Jordan combines her technical foundation with a heart for service and a natural talent for organization.

When she’s not working, she enjoys curling up with a good book or baking something sweet.
